岗位要求：
1、 该岗位要求能熟练的进行英语交流（技术交流），可以独立对应海外会议及海外现场支援等交流工作
This position requires proficiency in English communication (technical communication), and the ability to independently respond to overseas meetings and overseas on-site support and other communication work.
2、 既存产线（试作/量产）线OEE提升
Improve OEE of existing production lines (trial production/mass production)
3、 新规产线立上（大日程、投资预算、工程设计、设备验收等业务对应）；
The new production line is launched (corresponding to the big schedule, investment budget, engineering design, equipment acceptance and other business);
4、 新技术、新工法的引进、VAVE的推进及实施、生产线立上过程中跟踪、推动、掌控整体进度，设备组立后的工程能力、生产能力评估，客户样品对应，验收期间的设备评价、以及集团内部的海外技术支持工作；
Introduction of new technologies and new construction methods, promotion and implementation of VAVE, tracking, promoting and controlling the overall progress during the production line establishment process, evaluation of engineering capabilities and production capabilities after equipment assembly, customer sample correspondence, and equipment evaluation during acceptance , and overseas technical support work within the group;

一、必要条件
Necessary conditions
1、英语熟练 听写俱佳
proficient in English and good in dictation and writing
2、机械类，电气类，机电一体化本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics;
3、具有汽车零配件非标产线相关工艺设计和设备维护等相关知识
Have relevant knowledge on process design and equipment maintenance of non-standard production lines for auto parts.
4、有创新精神，有工艺经验优先
Those with innovative spirit and process experience are preferred.
5、团队相关合作意识、创新意识、前瞻意识、保密意识、工作计划性与条理性
Team-related cooperation awareness, innovation awareness, forward-looking awareness, confidentiality awareness, work planning and organization
6、可以适应海外出差 ，欧洲 北美（短期1-3个月）
Can adapt to overseas business trips, Europe and North America (short term 1-3 months)
