职责描述：
Responsibilities：
1.Make sure that the Chinese subcontractors take the required dispositions to guarantee the production of their Work-Packanges in terms of Conformity,Quality and Delivery.
2.Insure that the Chinese subcontractor respect the requirements and the conformity of the products delivered by them.
3.Insure the quality monitoring of the sub-contractor through Mini-audit,Outgoing inspection, quality review.
4.Insure the configuration management monitoring by the sub-contractor to modification application and management throuth.
5.Ensure the coordination of the operational activities of the supplier with the back-office management in France(Planning,Weekly Meeting,Monthly Kpi Monitoring,Action Plan).

任职要求：
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)：
1.Broad(8-10)experience in aerospace/manufacturing environment with a focus on supplier management or part quality or project management in engineering
2.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, aviation sciences, quality systems, or a related field
3.Fluency in English and Chinese (French is a plus)
4.Good command of technical drawings
5.Knowledge of problem resolution/root cause analysis (8D, etc.)
6.Technical experience in operations, methods or engineering / quality methods and tools (8D, RCA, FMEA, …)
7.Working knowledge of APQP principles and the ability to lead and train others related to the skillset.
8.Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles (certification preferred)
9.Familiar with AS 9100
10.Excellent analytical skills
11.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
