工作职责

* Cooperate with the central government to be responsible for the market access of medical consumables products within the region; Carry out the preliminary preparation of the bidding work according to the company's system, and assist in the preparation of the bidding work and related materials
* Grasp the key links in the bidding, and achieve the goal of winning the product bid in the tracking, entry, quotation, and distribution of the whole process after the issuance of the bidding announcement
* Acquisition and maintenance of medical insurance codes; Dynamically maintain the product information database, collect and analyze product access data; Responsible for projects such as Sunshine Network, Provincial and Municipal Standards, VBP, etc., and participate in key links such as policy influence, policy interpretation, product market analysis, bidding strategy decision, and product information declaration
* Responsible for provincial price charges in the region, understand the laws and regulations related to the medical device industry, and lead the government affairs related work such as various procurement platforms for medical insurance prices
* In terms of specificaccess projects, it can clearly map important decision-making customers, and if necessary, engage relevant customers, sort out the solution path of access, and organize and coordinate the resources of all parties to achieve the goal
* Establish and maintain customer relationships with government departments such as medical insurance bureaus and public resource trading centers in the region

任职要求

* Proficient in market access workflow, centralized procurement and medical insurance system expertise, familiar with relevant laws and regulations
* Nearly 5 years of experience in bidding for high-value medical consumables of foreign companies
* Have a certain relationship with public resources in the region
* Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and team spirit
* Have a certain entrepreneurial spirit
