supervision, commissioning, trouble shooting, customer training, etc.2.
没有实际项目或者服务任务时，能够主动学习总结与分享，根据需要进行客户远程支持等工作。In case of no actual project or
service task, Be able to actively learn，summarize and share, and perform remote
customer support as needed.3.
整理项目前后期的准备文档、调试报告、知识经验总结等。及时整理、归纳总结，及时发现问题、反馈问题、并提出整改建议。Organize preparation
documents, commissioning reports, knowledge and experience summary before and
after the project. Collecting, and summarization, timely find problems,
feedback problems, and put forward rectification suggestions.4.
业务领域主要集中在钢铁、矿井提升机、石化、船舶等领域。采用茵梦达(西门子)技术及解决方案。Mainly focus on metal, mine
winder, oil & gas, marine business etc. based on Innomotics(Siemens) technology
and solution.5.
坚持项目目标导向，结果驱动，保证设计交付图纸及采购清单及技术要求符合合同技术及质量要求，并同项目经理一道优化项目成本，保证项目交付物的质量。Keep
result driven and target orientation to guarantee engineering deliverables like
drawings, purchasing list and technical specifications comply with and
according to Contract specifications and quality standard. Together with
project manager, to optimize the project cost within the budget while with good
quality.6. 高效沟通，关注客户的满意度。根据业务需要，能适应长期出差的需要。Communicate effectively and focus on
customer satisfaction. According to the business needs, can adapt to the needs
of long-term travel.7. 同项目团队一起识别项目中的技术风险及机会，并制定相应的风险应对方案，保证项目技术方案经济可行并改善项目收益。
Together with project team, identify and manage project technical risks and
opportunities, and formulate corresponding risk response measure and plan, to
ensure project technical solution economical and feasible to safeguard and
improve project margin.8. 积极主动支持销售拓展业务并发掘新的项目机会。Actively support sales and
business development team to develop new project opportunity.9. 经理交办的其他任务Others
assigned by manager.
任职要求Job requirements:1、
2023/2024届全日制本科及以上学历，电气自动化、工业自动化、机电自动化、电力电子和电气传动等相关自动化专业。有良好的电机理论基础、电力电子、PLC、电力电网等知识。
Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, Industrial
automation, electromechanical automation, power electronics and drive is
preferred. Good knowledge of motor theory, power electronics, PLC, power grid,
etc.2、 有强烈意愿从事电气传动在冶金、矿山提升机、油气、船舶等领域的现场调试工作。积极主动学习中压变频驱动系统及应用。Strong
willingness to engage in MV drive on site commissioning in Metal or Mine
hoisting, Oil & Gas, Marine.3、 主动学习西门子中压驱动、中压配电、低压元器件选型或自动化等产品在系统中的应用。 Be
active to study company product’s application in system integration, such as MV
drive, MV, LV or automatic control.4、 有学习能力，并主动学习，能够适应经常性出差的要求， 积极主动响应客户的合理需求。
Strong Learning ability and active learning, able to adapt to the requirements
of frequent business trips, and actively respond to the reasonable needs of
customers.5、 英语听说读写流利。Fluent English in speaking and writing.6、
良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，具备良好内外部通能力.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit both
internal teams and external customers.7、 能够一年时间内逐步熟练应用TIA Portal STEP7, SCOUT,
STARTER, CAD等软件工具。 In one year timeBe able to Skillful in using TIA Portal
