Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for AR AP process in China. Align and help streamline current process into 1 integrated platform. Ensure team delivery stability with high quality.
2. AR: review monthly AR posting, settlement, reconciliation etc.
3. AR: review bad debt provision, AR aging analysis
4. Revenue: review and approve monthly revenue recognition, intercompany settlement.
5. AP: review and approve monthly/daily payment issue.
6. AP: review and approve E-banking application etc
7. Treasury: help cash management and forecast with banking structure re-set
8. Team management: Lead the China AR AP sub team member.
9. Other ac hoc job

Key Requirements:
1. Diploma/degree holder in an Accounting or related discipline.
2. Qualification for accounting
3. At least 4-5 years manager position experience with people management experience.
4. Language: Ability to communicate in written English
5. Computer: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
6. Technical Skill: Familiar with local accounting practices
7. Familiar with SAP system is a plus.
8. Soft Skill: Enthusiastic & eager to learn; A team player, High degree of personal integrity and honesty. Good communication skill
9. GSC finance and accounting work experience
10. Experience for accounting, AR AP etc
11. Independent, well-organized and a high level of initiatives, strong logical thinking ability, good communication and teamwork skills, proactive
