Job Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Framework Implementation
• Support the implementation of the Club Compliance Framework across the Club's Mainland entities through close collaboration with and support of BU Management in the design, design, development and rollout of BU compliance programmes.
• Closely collaborate with BUs in developing and documenting controls and related SOPs to ensure compliance with Club's compliance framework.

2. Legal & Regulatory Obligations
• Assess and review the BU operations and processes to identify legal and regulatory requirements for the designated compliance areas and ensure all key obligations which govern the Club's activities are identified, captured and communicated to all relevant BUs.
• Provide direct support to the BUs mapping identified applicable legal and regulatory compliance requirements to the BUs' operations to develop and maintain Compliance Obligations Register.
• Conduct legal research, liaise with responsible government authorities and provide compliance support to the Club's Mainland entities in monitoring changes to laws and regulations applicable to the Club's Mainland operations.

3. Personal Information Protection Law Compliance
• Support the implementation of the Club's Personal Data Privacy Compliance Program across the Club through close collaboration with and support of BU Management to ensure compliance with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law.
• Assist in executing the PIPL compliance review on the Club's Mainland operations.
• Assist in tracking the remedial actions to closure, escalating overdue actions as required.

4. Stakeholder Management
• Develop, enhance and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Club including BU and support Department Senior Management in handling compliance enquiries, incidents and investigations.
• Provide advice and guidance to BUs on compliance matters.

5. Compliance Culture
• Support the development and promotion of a compliance culture within BUs across the Club via training and other promotion programs.
• Work in collaboration with other team members to assist in achieving the above goal.

Job Requirements:
• A university law degree and professional qualification to practice law in China.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in prestigious law firms with Mainland practice and working experience in multinational corporations with Mainland presence is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-initiative, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player.
• Broad professional knowledge covering the critical compliance areas.
• Solid experience in handling legal and compliance issues, including issue spotting and legal analysis.
