Responsibilities：
1、Leading and developing of the local marketing organization.
2、Operational and administrative responsibility for Technical Sales Support for the China (Regional) Sales Organization.
3、Responsible for commercial and technical support of the flow portfolio.
4、Handling of Project Business from acquisition till execution.
5、Identifying of market trends and specification of new product requirements with the product management of EH CN Sales Organization.
6、Responsible for transferring product know-how to the regional sales organizations.
7、Ability to travel (domestic or international)
8、Responsible for market development in close cooperation with our EH CN sales Organizations.
Qualifications：
1、Master’s degree or above in electronics or instrumentation, physics, or equivalent with an additional Business Management/Marketing Degree.
2、Deep knowledge in process control & instrumentation is a must.
3、Proven record of leadership experience.
4、International Business experience is an advantage.
5、Rich experience presenting marketing reporting with strong written and oral communication skills.
6、Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive powers, ability to lead, motivate, and drive cross-functional multi-cultural teams.
7、Excellent professional English & computer skills.
