职位职责:
1、确定和管理核心潜在平台类目(如美妆)的物流和优化需求
2、负责特定物流解决方案的sourcing,渠道搭建和落地工作
3、制定,管理和维护物流产品矩阵
4、监控日常品类维度物流表现
5、主导物流产品覆盖和服务提升项目
6、主导物流系统产品设计
Identify the key category (e.g. Health&Beauty) with logistics constraints for optimisation
Sourcing and drive setup for logistics solutions
Maintain and optimize logistics product matrix
Monitor on-going category level logistics performance
Drive key projects for improvements and platform sells
Drive logistics system enhancement projects
职位要求:
1、本科,2 年+物流相关工作经验,对跨境电商有热情
2、可以将英语作为工作语言
3、有很强的数据分析和项目管理能力
4、执行力强,能够在业务高速增长,高度不确定性的环境下工作
5、自驱力强,有很强的的快速学习能力和项目管理能力
6、有很强的沟通和管理能力
2 years of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry, has passion in the e-commerce industry
Bachelor’s degree, STEM background preferred
Proficiency in English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region
Possess strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data
Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
Self-driven and able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
