Job Description
1. Implement company’s recruitment plan, conducts interviews and tests based on company’s needs to choose employees of high quality
2. Responsible for the leasing agent recruitment and management the leasing agency.
3. Perform employee exit interview and analyze the reasons of employ-ee’s fluctuation, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion to human resources management of the company
4. Responsible for Job Description and update related job information if there is any organizational change
5. Responsible for set up and develop new employees orientation train-ing;
6. Responsible for personal file maintain;
7. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management prefer;
2、Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruiting function in Manufacturing
company.
3、Be familiar with local recruiting policies and Labor Law;
4、Good relationship with all kinds of recruiting channels ;
5、Good PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point;
6、Having sense of interpersonal relationship and communication skills;
7、Having solid knowledge and hands-on skills on HR management;
8、Good team-work spirit.
