RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS (work content)
1.Store experience
- Implement campaigns, visual standards and guidelines correctly and finished on time through planning and routines.
- Uses planning tools to prioritize, increase efficiency and handle workload.
- Continuously make sure the store is clean, tidy and inviting.
- Ensure daily replenishment and product care.
- Responsible to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
2.Salesmanship
- Continuously follow up daily sales reports and KPI’s and implement relevant visual actions.
- Keeps material and stockrooms safe and tidy.
3.Team
- Evaluate and develop visual knowledge among sales advisors.
- Constantly works with a next me to support brand expansion and succession.
任职要求:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (competence gained from education & experience)
- Experience from working in a high traffic retail environment
- A minimum of 2 years experience from the retail industry
- Fashion knowledge and styling skills
ABILITIES (often connected to personality & attitude)
- Structured & Organized
Have the ability to overview, plan, organize and put prioritize of their work to achieve set goals. Able to prioritize actions depending on the current need in store. Likes to create order and has an eye for details. Good at time management and be able to keep focus while pending between store operations and visual merchandising.
- Communicative
Can communicate knowledge and guidelines directly and clearly in an informative way. Has a pedagogic approach and wants to share knowledge and train others. Able to communicate styling suggestions , both verbally and visually, to customers by presenting our products in an attractive way.
- Flexible
Have the ability to adapt change in a constructive way. Can easily change direction if needed and is able to shift from visual merchandising to store operations without prestige. Is able to take quick decisions based on changing situations in store and conditions on the local market.
- Fashion Intelligence
Ability to analyze the surrounding world and trends, sees causality and draws conclusions to foresee current- and high fashion. Has knowledge and passion along with a strong gut feeling and belief for trends and fashion. Possess an understanding of the connection between trends, products, garments, materials and prints. Able to translate fashion intelligence into actions that grows sales.
- Business Minded
Sales drive and customer focus. Has the will to grow sales through visual actions, ensuring high customer service and the ability to create an atmosphere that increases the customers will to buy. Focus on the commercial effects of decisions. Building the brand through visual actions.
