ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing ownership

- Support line manager to pitch and conduct IP campaigns in all-channel E-commerce platforms

- Co work with Ecommerce operation team to implement platform promotion campaigns

- Be responsible for EMKT campaign tracking and competitor monitoring, deploy tracking and optimization in daily operation and monthly review

- Be responsible for GWP development and inventory tracking

- Conduct in-ALI-platform content plan, both KOL content and UD/CID feeds

- Be creative and conscious of marketing/ecommerce/skincare industry new trends for brand adaption

Commercial ownership

- Be part of EC team for E-commerce sales targets achievement as well as online shop P&L

- Be part of EC team to acquire new E-commerce customers and customer satisfaction management, in collaboration with CRM team

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

- 1 year+ previous experience in e-commerce marketing, brand digital marketing, or product marketing

- Familiar with beauty/FMCG industry

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience

- Advanced excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

- Bilingual in Chinese & English

- Organized, self-starter and well project management skills

- Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; effective and persuasive to drive systematic change via team collaboration
