Objective
• Deliver sales analysis and FTE efficiency analysis to continuously drive performance improvement
•Support Sales Management team on territory alignment, sales team structuring & sizing and sales incentive plan
Responsibilities
• Maintain sales performance management dashboard and providing insights from internal data analysis & internal/external reports to identify both the commercial & capability opportunities;
• Assist department head to collect dealer report data, complete review and sorting. Maintain sales and inventory sales map system, open accounts and maintain the use rights of new employees; Complete the monthly matching cleaning work of the terminal organization on time.
• Maintain SAP CRM system, set up user account and conduct relevant training for new employees and communicate with foreign headquarters when necessary.
• Assist department head in traceability system, confirmation of system requirements used by domestic sales department, UAT test and preparation before launch
• Coordinate and communicate with Marketing Department, sales department and suppliers as assigned by other department heads.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, similar 3 years of work experience is preferred. At the same time.
• Have agood command of Englhh, at leant good reading and writing skils, CET-4 or above.
• Good operating ability of office software, mainly Excel, Word, PPT.
• Patient and hardmorking, with good logical thinking ability and inductive ability.
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong team spirit and cross-departmental collaboration ability
