As a Legal & Integrity Senior Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrity strategies, policies and processes in China to promote a strong culture of integrity and compliance.

Your responsibilities
Acting as the primary speaking partner and point of contact on all integrity matters for the EL Business Area in China
Tracking regulatory trends that will impact the integrity matters for EL business in China
Supporting the implementation of integrity strategies, policies and processes in China to promote a strong culture of integrity and compliance
Providing advice and counsel on all integrity related matters, from the basic to the complex
Executing the communication strategy for integrity related messages in China
Driving integrity culture and deliver Integrity trainings in China
Serving as primary contact for all EL China Integrity related litigation, disputes, regulator investigations in China

Your background
Master from a reputable law school and admission to the Bar
Familiarity with integrity and compliance legal issues
Minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience (PQE) in a major law firm, or in-house or a combination of both
Sound judgment in implementing and administering legal strategies and solutions; a results-oriented professional with strong common sense and superior business acumen
Highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others and build strong professional relationships
Ability to use creativity and influence to meet and overcome resistance to change; excellent written, interpersonal and analytical skills are required
Fluent in English
