Your responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of factory production equipment and public system equipment.
* You will prepare and track preventive maintenance plans, equipment improvement plans, and spare parts procurement plans.
* You will guide and assist equipment maintenance workers, actively participate in equipment maintenance, implement TPM, and ensure the continuity of production.
* For sudden emergency failures of equipment, respond quickly to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.
* You will participate in the optimization and improvement projects of production equipment and related HSE improvement projects.
* You will be involved Key performance indicators related to management control, such as equipment uptime, equipment downtime, etc.
* Carry out continuous improvement in equipment safety, efficiency, and maintenance costs.
* Have strong learning ability and be able to meet the increasing demands of equipment maintenance and equipment management.

Your background:

* Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics or mechanical manufacturing.
* More than two years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance.
* Good problem analysis and solving skills.
* Good computer application skills, proficient in the use of CAD.
* Good communication and collaboration skills and team spirit.
* Able to read equipment-related English information.
