RESPOSIBILITIES -
1. Work together with Project manager to follow each project cost and GM analysis.
2. Prepare project actual cost vs. budget and help pre-sales to quotation.
3. Project contract keeping and maintenance.
4. Project information creation and maintenance in ERP system.
5. Project cost control and project reports preparation.
6. Project process tracking , including payment, production, shipment, installation, commissioning, completion etc with different departments (such as sales department, Technology department and Plant team).
7. All work related to project, such as project COGS, GM analysis of existence projects, Forecast projects, budget projects, all reports as needed.
8. Preparation of AR of all projects tracking and update by weekly, monthly with sales team. Report to management timely and accurately.
9. Other jobs assigned by leader.

REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum of a bachelor degree.
2.At least 2 years of professional experience.
3.Knowledge of accounting, reporting and experience on designing financial spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
4.A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving
skills which support and enable sound decision making.
5.Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate,
