Results / Objectives to Be Accomplished:
Implement NAPD project plan and test plan in required time line
根据项目小组下达的项目实施计划和测试计划按时完成项目
Tasks:
Convene project technical meeting on a regular base to review project progress
定期召开项目技术小组会议，检讨项目进程
Verify component 3D & 2D model
审查产品3D和2D图表
Investigate and approve die casting material and process
研究并选择压铸的材料和工艺
? Investigate and approve machining process
研究并选择机加工的工艺
Choose and approve other materials used in the machine or accessory, include plastic, PCBA, rubber and electrical parts
选择其他机器或附件上所需用的原材料，包括塑料件、控制面板、橡胶件和电子件
Ensure test plan on machine and components is implemented and completed according to requirement 确保测试计划按要求执行完成
Closely follow up and analyze technical issues in mass production and make correspondent design change or improvement according to requirement

Coordinate project team to define tasks and agree on targets

Skills / Competencies:
Solid knowledge on metal & plastic materials

Familiar with die casting and injection process

Knowledge on mould design and molding process

Knowledge of Fluid Dynamics

Well knowledge with HPW industry standard, national standard, safety certification.

Very experienced in Pro/E or Creo software

Sound knowledge in project management

Training & Experience:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or above

Minimum 6 years’ experience in product design preferably in consumer products
至少6年产品设计经验，消费品行业尤佳
Experience as leader to project development is preferred
有独立领导项目的经验为佳
Experienced with HPW is preferred
有高压清洗机从业经验为佳
