Job Description：
1. 协助部门经理进行团队管理和建设

2. 负责本公司新产品开发项目管理工作的整体推进和项目总体进度的跟踪

做出必要的仲裁

6. 负责起草阶段评审资料

7. 负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审

8. 领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标， 并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理;拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求

9. 了解客户的需求,负责将客户对项目的要求转达给项目小组并提出相应的要求
