1、 职责目的Position Objectives：
1. Provide service for Pall products, including installation guidance, commissioning, start-up and training. 
2. Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure normal operation of Pall products and maintain good customer relations.
3. Work with the sales team to provide a valuable service to customers to promote business growth.
2、主要职责Key Responsibilities：
Responsible for installation and commissioning of Pall products & Systems.
Responsible for servicing and testing systems hardware including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
Able to troubleshoot PLC and HMI software. With little supervision, should be able to update/upgrade PLC/HMI programs
Responsible for issuing service reports and/or commissioning reports. May be required to support on generating test procedures and contributing to risk assessments.
Responsible for documenting system modifications and conveying modification details back
Responsible for training customer personnel in the proper operation of Pall Products & systems, must be able to train customers on both operation & process sides.
Assignments will involve travel to specified sites (both domestic and international) to perform service activities. Travel may take place on evenings or weekends as required to meet the customer’s needs
Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers. While performing service, the engineer must make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements while maintaining Pall’s commercial interests. Independently resolves adverse situations constructively.
Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Service Reports, Time Tracking, Work tickets, site Visit Reports, Expense Reports and other business-related documents.
Responsible for performing all services in compliance with applicable Pall, site and industrial safety practices.
Responsible for identifying business opportunities during site visits and logging them on Pall ERP system
Other reasonable duties as required by changes to Pall procedures or industrial markets.
 
3、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement：
•                  Has extensive experience with filtration knowledge and understanding of filtration systems in the fuels and chemical industries.
•                  Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or has extensive relevant experience in the Knowledge Base Requirements
•                  Cross trained in electrical / instrumentation / mechanical / process disciplines preferred.
•                  Graduate with 3-5 years’ relevant experience
•                  PMP certification a plus
•                  Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering preferred.
•                  Minimum 3 years or above service engineer related working experience.
•                  Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and business acumen skills. Team Player.
•                  Self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement.
•                  Must be a self-driven and willing to take the initiative to respond to and/or address challenging situations.
•                  Fluent in English speaking and writing,
•                  Be proficient in MS office.
