Responsibilities:
Transfer innovative ideas from either internal channel or external channel into visually appealing and great tasting beverage proposals, in order to support our key customers like SBUX, Luckin, Cotti, Monin, Nongfu, Nestle and Coke.
Support the application lab work in coffee, milk tea and other related final products in sweet application lab.
Collaborate with our team or customer on brainstorming new beverage concepts together with marketing department.
Support to collect the most updated food service market information and trends, from a barista’s perspective.
Work together with application technologists to research new ingredients (pearl bubbles, jelly, juice, and plant-based milk,) to enhance our beverage proposals and combine the new ingredients with MANE’s products as promotion demos to customers.
Maintain the coffee machine equipment in application lab.
Manage the coffee bar of MANE Shanghai (if available) and support serving the key visitors to MANE Shanghai.

Requirements:
Owning related barista certification
At least 3-5 years solid experience in the café shop, better to own the experience of famous chain café shop like SBUX, Luckin…etc. Working experience in a food ingredient/raw material supplier is a big plus.
Good knowledge of coffee and other food service products.
Good written and oral Chinese, common English communication is must.
Strong communication & organization ability
