Role Summary & Purpose
Take charge of customer service and production planning team in Lear Shanghai WOFE plant. To ensure 100% on time delivery to customer and control the inventory for FG to the reasonable level. Worked as the contact window to customer for demand and delivery. Arrange the production and control the production output to meet target. Provide the support to plant short term and middle term operation, HCs preparation.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analysis customer FCST/Order. Build shipping plan for FGs.
2. Build master production plan. Daily update and adjust the daily production plan per inventory, shipping plan, material shortage and capacity.
3. Assist PE team analyze equipment capacity and HC request.
4. Monitor WIP and FGs inventory.
5. Improve FGs inventory policy and ATR.
6. Monitor and tracking output and fulfill rate of production plan.
7. Ensure on time delivery to customer.
8. Tracking and push the RM delivery and resource preparation ensure production team can finish the production plan.

Job Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, major in logistics management, Supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Enterprise Management, Industrial and Business, Material Management, Mathematics, Computer…
2. Working Experiences: Over 8 years working experience in Customer service/Planning area in a foreign industrial environment. At least 3 years’ experience in Automotive environment.
3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge in ERP, customer relationship management, MPS, Inventory management.
4. Skills: Good communication (verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skill, strong Leadership skills.
5. Ability: Proven leadership abilities and influencing skills with a track record of establishing credibility with team members, problem solving skill.
6. Training: ERP, MRP, Lean
7. Certifications: APICS is preferred.
8. Individual Character:
High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations.
