As a technical support specialist Process Automation Business Area in Chongqing, Changsha, Suzhou, Wuhan, Dongguan, China, you will be responsible for proactive technical support based on customer requirements or business strategy to achieve both market competitiveness and service business growth.

Your responsibilities
• Support sales team on marketing promotion and solution communication with customer for ABB L&W/KPM products.
• Review customer technical request, propose ABB solution and configuration.
• Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
• Offering technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers.
• Clarify, comment or deviate customer requirement and support sales team to discuss with customer and optimize proposal or configuration.
• Support technical negotiation.
• Calculate costing and figure out pricing during tender stage.
• Support order releasing, hand over, contract variation process after order received.
• Co-work with engineers for installation and commissioning of online products.
• Proactive communicate with customer and drive business development through technical support.

Your background
• Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Electric & Automation related.
• More than 3 years’ experience in pulp and paper mill.
• Well understanding about the automation system and requirement in pulp and paper mill
• Self-motivation and good time management.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Could travel frequently.
• Good oral and written English.
