The working experience to adhesive tape is preferred. Those who with master degree might have less working experience.

3. Skill in knowledge & experience Summarize & Training and Portfolio / Segment Management.

4. Extraverted and open mind to drive and influence others to achieve common target.

5. Big picture mind and sensitive to market intelligence and trend for data and business analysis.

6. Good PC (MS-Office) skills and presentation skills.

7. Oral and written English for daily business communication.

Job Description 岗位描述:

1. This position will focus on adhesive tape and segment market. He / She should understand the market, customer and application needs, market intelligence to contribute strategy implement and business growth;

2. Closed work and communication with technical team / PM team / sales team to implement marketing strategy and protect and grow existing business, including digital marketing promotion, target customer definition; value proposition; right positioning and offering package solution;

3. Analysis the market trend and bring up with insight, product portfolio with strategy.

4. Explore new business opportunity and summarize market requirements for new product development;

5. Coordinate internal resources and key project support for business growth. Support customer claim / troubleshooting as the consultant or project leader;

6. Business status analysis and information sharing for closed communication and good cooperation with other relevant departments in several plants.;

7. Transfer the knowledge and experience on common technical solutions to sales and customers by the training and providing sales tools to sales team;

8. He / She will need to travel around 10% of working time.
