Title: Finance and reporting manager

RESPOSIBILITIES
1.In charge of Asia BU legal entities and consolidation group reporting and ensure the accounting principal adhere to IFRS in all group finance system.
2.Prepare management reporting package and detail analysis to support local business divisions;
3.Contribute in the Budget and Forecast preparation. Track the actual performance against the plan, provide analysis to related departments for improvement.
4.Lead month-end processes to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close;
5. Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports, communications and presentations; advise on key trends, deviations, and areas of opportunity & risk;
6. Support finance teams across Asia Region in their reporting and closing process and deliverables;
7. Continuous simplification, professionalization and improvements, as well as further automation and digitalization of processes;
8. Provide timely, accurate and effective financial management information to and as agreed with key stakeholders;
9. All FP&A analysis or reporting related to Asia BU;
10. Participate internal control process improvement;
11. In charge of monthly accounting review and yearly audit of Hongkong company;
12. Other jobs assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of a bachelors degree;
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experiences, reporting and audit firm experience preferred.
• A sound technical ability including confidence with group consolidations and a competent understanding of IFRS;
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to explain and communicate among other things complex accounting issues; high standard of written and presentational skills;
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Passionate and inquisitive nature to find the ‘why’ behind the results;
• Hands-on mentality, takes responsibility, pro-active and results driven self-starter with strong collaboration and team skills; provide advice on improvement initiatives, both when asked for as well as on your own initiative;
• Attentive to details, good problem solving and analytical skill;
• Advanced excel/system skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models;
• Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Experience and expertise in utilization of ERP and Planning & Reporting systems;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA knowledge will be a credit;
• English language skill is essential
