Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Be proactive to support, co-ordinate and monitor customer order process from order entry to shipment planning/service order till invoice.
? Also give active support of pre-sales or report if need. Ensure timely and accurate data input.
? Check contract together with credit controller, logistic dept. and other relevant teams/departments according to company’s policy.
? As a contact window with internal departments and service partners to make the business run smoothly.
? Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order accomplishment, track order delivery schedule and give feedback.
? Service KPI monitor. Raise red flag for any risk or bottleneck with proposal.
? System master data maintenance including customer data, pricing, and other required information collection.
? Documentation timely for customer contracts, service order, service report and other relative files.
? Support operation on local spare parts inventory management and ensure the inventory accuracy by stock counting termly.
? Assist team leader and service manager to establish new process or standardize existing process to solve problem or improve efficiency.
? Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.
Candidate profile
Education
? University / College graduated.
Experience
? Prior experience in administrative function or customer relations in a busy working environment.
Knowledge
? SAP experiences are considered as the advantages.
Skill
? Service product knowledge.
? Tools & Product knowledge.
? Strong PC skills and good on Excel
? Data analysis skill
Language
? Fluency in English
