Your responsibilities

* Assist in Supplier registration and qualification process, which may include outbound calls or emails to Suppliers to reslove login issues.
* Monitor, validate and approve supplier onboarding forms/responses.
* Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba solutions (Supplier registration, qualification, Supplier Performance Evaluation(SPE), Contract and risk management).
* Knows SAP Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement Automation features.
* Previous work experience on Ariba SCC processes (PO collaboration, Forecasting, Vendor consignment, quality collaboration, Supplier Managed Inventory etc..) is an advantage.
* Creation and maintenance of operational and analytical reports within the Ariba application.
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues as reported by Procurement team and propose corrective actions.
* Identifying functionality gaps and support the development of solutions/alternatives.
* Support testing activities during project implementation.
* Support and provide guidance on reporting needs.
* Maintain current knowledge base of solutions and work with Tier 2 and 3 support teams to facilitate technical break / fixes.
* Provide sourcing and procurement process support, best practices, and guidance as needed.

Your background

* University degree (Bachelor as minimum).
* Experience in Procurement Tools (SAP MM, Ariba, MDG etc..) or in Shared Service environment would be a strong plus.
* Familiarity with Procurement and Interest in developing career in Procurement and Logistics related functions.
* Proficient in business English(B2) and Chinese language is required. Additional language is a strong plus.
* Good excel and data analytical skill is required.
* Tool integration experience would be a strong plus.
* Procurement platform configurations/data uploads experience would be a strong plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Troubleshooting skills.
* Experience in tool improvements would be a strong benefit.
