负责前线安装和维护保养过程中，客诉问题的判断和请款。
1.在SAP系统中负责前线的客诉处理，及判定问题的责任，为客户提供最快捷的解决方案。
2.当出现大批量的物料失效问题时，及时联系相关技术部门或者供应商去现场核查，了解客户需求并将其反馈在系统中做好订单；
3.当客户反馈出现图纸或者订单配置错误问题，及时与相关PCM技术部门，CSC过程部门以及销售部门沟通，让其为客户提供相关的解决方案。
4.在SAP系统中代供应商或者客户向财务请款。
5.对于前线物料缺件坏件情况，应根据装箱单及时与通力相关部门（供应商，物流公司等）沟通澄清，及时解决客户的物料需求。
岗位要求：
大专以上学历；
熟悉制造业ERP系统流程，有使用和操作过SAP系统优先；
熟悉MS办公软件，尤其是Excel报表制作；
英文能沟通；
思路清晰，有良好的团队协作能力，工作主动性强。
