Job Responsibility:
工作职责：
? Prepare and issue VAT invoices.
准备和开具增值税发票。
? Update the system according to daily bank entries
根据银行数据更新系统。
? Deal with Account receivable and files management.
处理应收账款和文档档案管理。
? Chase payment from vendors.
供应商付款跟进。
? Check the expense claims of the inspectors and office staffs in China and oversea.
审核处理国内外员工及验货员的费用报销
? Prepare payments.
付款录入
? Communicate with bank on the documents required for oversea payments
就海外付款所需文件与银行沟通。
? Fixed assets management.
固定资产管理
? Other tasks assigned by line manager.
部门经理指派的其他任务。
Job Requirements:

? More than 1 year’s expense in accounting
1 年以上财务类工作经验
? Good communication in English
良好的英文读写能力
? Good teamwork

? Experience with accounting software (English)
