Job Description：
岗位描述：
1. 能独立完成非标自动化设备的机械结构,机械部件,气动回路的设计及方案制定.
Responsible for designing mechanical structure, mechanical components, pneumatic circuit of of non-standard automation equipment and develop proposals.
2. 熟悉非标自动化设备中各元器件的品牌及其主要产品特性, 负责设备外购件的选型.
Familiar with the brand and main characteristics of the standard components, responsible for component selection.
3. 在安装调试过程中进行技术指导, 协调和沟通; 具备自动化流水线现场调试经验.
Provide technical guidance, coordination and communication during installation and adjustment; Experience in automated assembly line debugging.
4. 和同事一起估算非标设备的制造成本,有较强的成本控制能力; 按照项目进程完成3D建模, 工程图, BoM表等.
Work with colleagues to estimate the manufacturing cost of non-standard equipment, have a strong cost control ability; complete 3D modeling, engineering drawing, BoM table, etc., according to the project process.
5. 熟练使用Solidworks, AUTOCAD等制图软件, 绘制非标设备的零件图和装配图; 了解机加工工艺及常见材料的表面处理, 热处理工艺, 在设计时合理考虑材料的选型, 制造加工工艺及成本.
Good knowledge of Solidworks, AUTOCAD and other drawing software, handle parts drawing and assembly drawing; understand machining process and surface treatment of common materials, heat treatment process, reasonable consideration of material selection, manufacturing process and cost during design.
6. 熟悉各种传动结构的设计方法: 如丝杆传动, 同步带传动, 齿轮齿条传动等结构及设计. 熟悉各类电机的选型及计算.
Familiar with various transmission structure design methods: such as screw drive, synchronous belt drive, rack and pinion drive structure and design. Good at all kinds of motor selection and calculation.
7. 负责工厂内焊接工装, 装配工装的设计和改善, 降本增效. In charge of the design and improvement of welding tooling and assembly tooling in the factory, reducing cost and increasing efficiency.

Job requirements:
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历,机械设计或自动化相关专业.
College degree or above, major in mechanical design or automation related.
2. 5年以上非标自动化设备设计经验.
More than 5 years experience in non-standard automation equipment design
3. 熟练使用Solidwords, UG, ProE, CAD等设计软件(首选SW); 熟悉传动原理,气动元件选型及应用并从事非标精密自动化设备及工装设计制作, 调试装配工作三年以上经历.
Familiar with Solidwords, UG, ProE, CAD and other design software (SW is preferred); Familiar with transmission principle, pneumatic component selection and application, and engaged in non-standard precision automation equipment and tooling design, debugging and assembly work for more than three years.
4. 熟悉机加工工艺, 可以操作车床, 铣床, 磨床等机加工设备.
Familiar with machining technology, can operate lathe, milling machine, grinding machine and other machining equipment.
5. 责任心强, 沟通能力好, 具有很强的计划性和执行力.
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong planning and execution.
