职位说明书 职位名称：PPE 产品部副总监
主要职责：围绕以下 6 点，进行工作：
• 组织草拟公司市场及产品的战略规划、管理制度，确定公司产品发展策略。
• 组织市场调研、产品规划、市场推广，简历市场、竞争对手、客户情报信息 系统。
• 组织制定品牌推广和品牌宣传从策略。
• 培养出合格的 2-3 名产品高级经理或产品经理。 • 修正疏导、改善及跟进跨部门之间的工作流程，确保增加高效。
• 新产品，整体销量跟进及对应的销售部署。
• 7 品类，聚焦 1-2 个品类，每年进行实质性的销量及毛利的提升。
• 整理所有产品经理的行业汇报，并制定销售吸收快的培训方案。
• 选取至少 1 个创新性的产品或者课题，给予辅导和推进。
每周工作内容：围绕以上 6 点，进行周例会：本周工作回顾，下周工作推进。
每月工作内容：除以上 6 点，需分析、修正和落实产品经理的季度工作。
每季工作内容：除以上 6 点，需分析、修正和落实产品经理的季度工作。
每年工作内容：除以上 6 点，
还需要增加：
• 本年各项业务指标的回顾
• 下年业务指标的计划
• 3 年业务指标的计划 主要权限：
• 享有和旅行职责对应指挥、监督、评价、决策和建议权。
• 分配和管理权。
• 部门员工提出奖励、处分建议及考核建议。
• 差旅费报销审核权及出差审核权。
岗位专业技能要求：
1. 大学本科学士以上学历，产品、市场、管理等相关专业。
2. 数字化管理能力强。
3. 5 年以上关于市场营销、产品开发、供应商开发或供应链管理的带团队经验。
4. 有较强的执行力，能承受工作压力,拥有乐观向上的态度
5. 有较强的计划、组织及自我管理能力。
6. 有较强的沟通谈判能力，能与供应商进行合同谈判。
7. 有 PPE 的相关产品开发、供应商开发、项目采购经验者优先。
