Key responsibilities

* Responsible for large-size bearing (mainly Wind and Metals) testing projects, including testing quotation/spec, tooling design, testing execute, test data acquisition and analysis, test report and internal customer communication.
* Support in customizing non-standard test solutions based on customers’ requirements and real application.
* Proactive engagement in various test lab activities, including sensor calibration, maintenance & repair, storage management, facility & utility.
* Standardize test operation, including work instruction in both operation and maintenance, test document template.
Other responsibilities

* Translate customer requirements into test inputs and plan test activities in close contact with internal customers.
* Participate in continuous improvement actions on lab 5S, equipment and testing related process.
* Support in local supply chain development and involve various purchasing activities.
* Work closely with other relevant teams to facilitate testing, including RTD, PDE, Purchasing, Facility and EHS.
* Support advanced testing activities in the field of test specification creation, rig trouble shooting, testing methodology development, etc.
* Support new test capability development projects in various application area as key project team members.
* Consolidate application knowledge into testing, develop advanced test techniques, and spread test knowledge throughout SKF.
Profile

* Cross-border test project experience.
* More than 3 years’ experience in mechanical field.
* Mechanical engineering degree.
* Professional skills in mechanical drawings and conception.
* Experience in bearings, sealing or mechatronics field.
* Good planning in project management.
* Ability to define and use data acquisition system (from sensor to software).
* Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Well-organized, rigorous, enterprising, result oriented.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* High learning agility and good analytical thinking.
