Job Accountabilities 职责:
1、改善、评估及控制营运：
执行公司政策和标准，提供建设性反馈；管理商品库存，控制损耗、费用，提高各方面的成本效率和人均生产率并提供良好的会员服务；开发和维护市场。

2、管理及发展人员：
传播和执行公司文化，管理员工并发展能够承担更多责任的员工并将他们提高到更高的管理岗位上；和员工分享公司发展前景，提供充足培训并分享员工的职业发展计划；
Managing and developing People
Introducing and conducting the company culture to manage and develop people, Developing associates who can assume more responsibility and be promoted to higher-level management position; Communicating a vision for associates, providing proper and enough training for associates and sharing career plans.
3、 沟通协调关系：
内部：与其他沃尔玛、山姆会员店沟通，包括但不限于信息分享、业务支持；协调管理层与员工的关系；与营运总监、总部沟通以获得帮助和指引；
外部：与社区保持良好的沟通；协调政府关系、业主关系以提供业务支持。
Coordinating Relation
Internal: Communicate with other store or club, but not limited to, information share and operation support; Liaison with the store management as well as associates; Communicate with Sam’s Ops. Director and HO team for assistance and direction as needed.
External: Communicate with Community to ensure a good neighbourhood relation; Liaison with local authorities and real estate landlord.

Job Requirements 任职要求:
1、大学或同等教育University degree or equivalent education
2、知识、技能及个性特征Knowledge，Skills, and Attributes
熟悉零售市场及国家零售法规和相关财务知识，有极强的学习及组织能力，善于沟通和激励员工。个性外向、成熟、有理想并有魄力。

3、经验Experience
五年以上管理经验，其中两年高级管理经验
5 years of management experience of which 2 years on senior level

具有较强商业意识，善于培养团队，并有良好的激励、组织、沟通、处理人际关系及承受压力的能力.
