Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
Responsible for all aspects of the projects managed, from quotation and launch to delivery and review, to ensure a quality and on time delivery to the client

Using established framework to drive consistent, high quality delivery, which retains and grows client revenue

Proactively identify innovative solutions to enhance efficiencies and stakeholder experience

Conduct risk analysis and manage client expectations as necessary

Financial management – responsible for own GM and spend
财务管理–负责项目的毛利率和支出
Support all other members of the team and act as a mentor for junior team members

Document and update all project-specific processes and guidelines

Prepare, attend, and participate in internal and external account and post project review meetings

Ensure all feedback is logged in a timely manner and escalate as necessary to the Client Program Manager (Project Director) and Quality Manager

Understand and apply correct escalation paths for department-specific or cross-departmental issues

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 知识、技能和经验:
Bachelor’s degree or above
本科以上学历
Previous Project/Account Management experience (at least 2 years) running multiple complex projects simultaneously
具有同时运行多个复杂项目的项目/客户管理经验（2年以上）
Previous experience as a multilingual translation/localisation project manager and experience in using localisation tools is preferred
具有翻译项目/本地化管理经验以及本地化工具使用经验者优先
Overseas study and/or work experience, and/or experience of working in an international environment is a plus
有海外留学或工作经验者优先；有国际公司工作经验者优先
