Job Summary and Mission
Starbucks Delivery launched since 2018, and has already covered Native APP, WeChat, Meituan, ELEME and Douyin platforms. As one of the key growth driver, keep high quality growth is Starbucks delivery key focus as always. We are seeking for the senior digital manager, further enabling business growth via: 1) Lead business oriented end-to-end marketing initiatives (incl. GWP) to drive incremental topline via member frequency uplift 2) Lead Delivery member engagement across platforms to further dial-up member penetration 3) Incubate future Delivery New business model, include but not limited to new occasion & channel expansion.
Therefore, we are seeking for the senior manager with strong marketing communication skillset, digital business operation experience and solid commercial logic & knowledge, to help unleash the future growth potential of Delivery business in a brand relevant way.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
#1. Delivery Marketing & Engagement Campaign Leader:
◆ Flawlessly landing company New Product Launch & Brand thematic campaigns on different platforms of Delivery. Not only for the communication, but also transfer company initiative to channel business incremental enabler in the right way.
◆ Lead and initiate MOD only engagement campaigns, from ideation to in-store & O2O execution, end to end make the business oriented marketing initiative happen together with team.
◆ Collaborate with Delivery different platform owners, especially 3PP ELEME, Meituan & Douyin, launch brand & platform crossover marketing initiatives to earn platform resource and drive win-win commercial results.
◆ Further solid SBUX delivery market leader role, leveraging O2O experience innovation, new product feature & customer engagement, and dial-up SBUX delivery brand I love & user penetration.
◆ Own SBUX Delivery Campaign Budget, with good process & efficient cost management.
#2. Delivery Calendar Cadence Owner
◆ Leading Delivery Marketing part AOP, and develop breakthrough Delivery annual campaign & cadence plan per annual business target set.
◆ Own & develop Delivery weekly commercial initiative calendar, and make agile adjustment under different business background.
◆ With good communication skills, could closely collaborate with Ops, Marketing, Category & other cross functional teams for calendar cascade.
#3. Delivery New Business Incubations
◆ On top of campaign, this role should be the one with consumer oriented mindset, decode customers’ unmet needs, and lead on MOD new business Incubation (not limited to new occasion or platform extension)
◆ Work closely with Digital product team, to explore new digital feature opportunities to accelerate Private Domain business growth.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
◆ Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute marketing activation plans.
◆ Partnership experience preferred, have strong communication skill.
◆ In depth knowledge of marketing framework & business growth model.
◆ Business /Commercial role experience preferred, expect to have good sense of financial impact.
◆ Faster learner, proactive working attitude and strong project management experience.
◆ Ability to work in a matrix organization.
◆ Strong self-driven and compressive ability
◆ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Coffee lover and Starbucks brand lover preferred.
