Working Responsibilities:
a) Follows the purchasing guidelines established by the company.
b) Responsible for strategic sourcing of assigned categories for new projects, resourcing, localization.
c) Gathers and analyses supplier data to prepare analysis and recommendation for new supplier selection.
d) Conduct supplier assessments for potential new suppliers.
e) Evaluate, establish, and develop reliable suppliers for price, quality, service, and delivery.
f) Work with suppliers to develop continuous cost improvement plans.
g) Manage the performance of the suppliers (costs, quality, delivery, risk management etc.)
h) Coordinate cross functional teams with Project, Engineering, SD, Quality and Manufacturing to secure the deliverable of project.

Position requirements:
1. Bachelors’ degree major in mechanical is preferred.
2. At least 3 years purchasing/sourcing experience, in mechanical manufacturing industry is preferred.
3. Clear logic thinking with ERP system, BOM & cost analysis.
4. Good negotiation, communication, presentation, interpersonal skill.
5. Good IT skills, familiar with MS Office
6. Fluent English
7. Able to adapt business trip.
