Position: HR Supervisor

Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
1. L&D
-Design & organize employee engagement activities and maintain playbook.
-Keep and train focus group & TWW committee and follow up action plans.
-Follow TWW Workflow to monitor and guide plant’s action.
-Bi-weekly review the process of all TWW actions and prepare monthly/ quarterly summary report.
-Organize culture activities.
2. Cost control and data analysis
-Manage monthly HC, labor cost & overhead & variance & labor rate & annual PR in tight schedule, following RHQ’s and FD’s requirement. And support FD/RHQ double check and explain properly.
3. C&B & Performance Management
-Train C&B team members to develop the echelon construction.
-Lead to prepare the internal audit material, including HR internal and external policy and system.
-Monitor and control payroll calculation and payoff timely and accurately.
-Make sure social insurance management compliance.
-Work closely with HR Manager to develop and implement internal equitable and external competitive C&B activities.
4. HRIS & Reporting
-Administer, maintain and system operation for HR management system as daily management work.
-In line with RHQ request and with plant need, assist HR Manager to issue all relative HR reports.
5. Labor relationship
-Focus on labor employment risk prevention and turnover management, related concept’s training and input for the Operations Dept.
6. Staffing Management
- Office open positions management

Requirement：
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2.At least 5 years of HR experience in multiple national company, auto or manufacturing industry is preferred.
3.Familiar with local labor law and regulations.
4.Proficient in English language.
5.Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and patient.
6.Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
