Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Oversee and drive quality assurance on supplier manufacturing processes and methodologies, adhering to Company’s quality standards and requirements
监督和推动供应商制造过程和方法的质量保证，遵守公司的质量标准和要求。
2. Conduct finished goods and inline inspections or related quality checks. Generate reports documenting defects and issues. Ensure supplier complies with product specification and relevant regulatory requirements.
进行制成品和内联检查或相关的质量检查。生成记录缺陷和问题的报告。确保供应商符合产品规范和相关的法规要求。
3. Track and update daily quality data and submit monthly report. Use statistics for continuous improvement and drive sustainable improvement to enhance supplier independency and competence.
跟踪并更新日常质量数据，并提交月度报告。使用统计数据进行持续改进，并推动可持续改进，以提高供应商的独立性和能力。
4. Participate prototype and first production piece reviews with Interior Design, reach out beyond boundaries to proactively improve the engineering, quality, reliability and durability of products. Follow up on improvement points in bulk production while maintaining project schedule.

5. Follow up on corrective actions and drive SCAR for communicating and addressing non-compliant and repeated risks and issues from external and internal.
跟进纠正措施，并推动SCAR，以沟通和解决来自外部和内部的违规的、重复的风险和问题。
6. Conduct supplier assessment audit and monitor supplier performance. Provide due feedback to buyers for necessary follow-up.
进行供应商评估审核，并监控供应商的绩效。为买家提供适当的反馈，以进行必要的后续行动。
7. Other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree of above.
本科以上学历。
2. Experience in quality control, preferably within FF&E industry
有质量控制经验，***在家具设备行业工作。
3. Able to understand technical drawings. Familiar with FF&E components and manufacturing processes. Knowledge on electrical and dimming system a plus
能够理解技术图纸。熟悉家具设备组件和制造工艺。有电气和调光系统知识者优先。
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
具有良好的分析能力和解决问题的能力。
5. 能够适应东莞、深圳出差工作。
