岗位职责：
1、负责统筹安排董事长的日程，包括工作、会议、会见、商务活动等日常安排；
2、协助董事长处理各项工作事务，及时准确的完成上传、下达、协调、跟进及反馈工作；
3、负责董事长有关文件的起草、修改，整理各类文书、文件、报告、总结及其他材料，负责董事长文件的督办、处理与反馈；
4、安排会议，为董事长撰写会议发言草稿，做好会议记录以及会议服务；
5、协助董事长制定战略规划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解，起草相关文件；
6、检查、督促董事长布置的工作任务的贯彻、落实、执行状况；
7、完成董事长授权与交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、211/985院校本科及以上学历，专业不限，有大型制造业企业高管公文撰写经验，了解大型制造企业公司运营管理流程、制度等；
2、具备良好的商务礼仪素质，形象端庄得体；
3、具备较强的组织、协调、沟通能力以及敏锐的洞察力；
4、做事积极主动，有自己的想法与建议；
5、较强公文撰写能力，熟练掌握EXCELPOWERPIONTWORD等办公软件。
