Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain good relationship with customers to improve customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Customer orders issuance, tracking and management.
3. Monitor the order status via monthly&weekly report, update status timely.
4. Communicate with customers for shipment.
5. Payments tracking and communication.
6. Coordinate with related department to deal with customer's registration and complaint, etc.
