岗位职责:
1.确保5S 活动在部门的有效推行,建立干净、整洁、有序的工作环境
2.严格执行部门安全管理规定,确保员工遵守相关安全操作章程,佩戴PPE
3. 执行产品的品质管理规定
4. 为部门的质量改善,降低报废,降低材料损耗提供建议,并积极参与品质改善中
5. 定期检讨设备、人员产能,审核生产计划
6. 持续改进生产效率
7. 控制产线损耗,降低产品成本
8. 带领员工持续改善现场工艺、流程,降低生产成本
9..管理员工出勤情况率
10.提升部门人员士气

岗位要求:
1.大专或大专以上学历
2.应届生或1年以下制造业工作经验
3.有项目管理或活动组织经验,执行能力强,思路清晰,较强的沟通能力、协调能力
4.抗压能力强,做事严谨,责任心强
5.具备良好的沟通管理技巧
