PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Take charge of product process develop, control and improvement of connectors assembly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New product assembly process development and control to meet project time and target requirements, process research, validation, control, establish process documentation such as flow charts, PFMEA, work instructions, etc.
2. Independently promote related process and equipments improvement, develop assembly equipments quotation and procurement, utilize all resources to complete equipments design, improvement and debugging on time, control and manage project schedule to achieve and exceed target.
3. Fast response to problems, investigate and develop improvement plans. Implement and validate results.
4. Continuous improvement on assembly efficiency and quality, analyze and trouble shooting, using lean tools to improve productivity and quality and reduce manufacturing costs.
5. High quality awareness, improve and control to prevent quality problems, coperrate with quality engineers to investigate and handle customer complaints with quality tools.
6. Summarize and share lessons learn, provide technical support to the production line, train technicians and operators in thinking and working methods to ensure that skills continue to improve.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
EDUCATION: University Degree or above
PREFERRED:
1. Graduate in correlative mechanics or electronics
2. Familiar with NX and office software operation knowledge
3. Good in English reading, writing and speaking.
4. Familiarity with Mechanical theory & drawing.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: Average Years of Experience: 5+
PREFERRED:
1. 5-year correlative working experience and 5-year experience in connector assembly fixture design & debug & process design.
2. Familiarity with connector and material characters.

1. Good communication and organization, planning and analytical abilities.

3. Ability to evaluate new product manufacture feasibility & assembly cost & fixture cost.
