1. 依公司品牌定位、風格，結合市場調查，參與制定產品年度、季度企劃方案；
2. 負責每季服裝設計開發，依公司產品設計企劃方案進行款式開發設計；


3. 定期市場調查，了解頂尖運動服飾流行趨勢，進行款式、布料等資料的蒐集；

4. 確定款式設計圖稿，選擇面輔料、配件等，追蹤審核製版、工藝、樣衣的進度；

5. 結合銷售數據進行款式分析與銷售預測，並即時更新設計方案；

職位要求：

1. 全日製本科及以上學歷，服裝設計專業科班出身，有海外留學或海外工作經驗優先；

2. 至少3年以上服裝設計工作經驗，有戶外運動品牌服飾設計經驗者佳；

3. 時尚敏銳度高，有很強的色彩搭配能力以及較強的美感sense；

4. 熟悉服裝面輔料性能，以及其與圖案工藝間的關係；

5. 熟悉相關係列的企劃、設計及生產流程；

6. 數據敏感度高，能夠針對不同系列及款式的銷售情況進行準確的預測與分析；

7. 有較強的團隊協作能力，有一定的抗壓能力，執行力強


Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the formulation of annual and quarterly product planning plans based on the company's brand positioning and style, combined with market research;

2. Responsible for the design and development of clothing for each season, and carry out style development and design according to the company's product design planning plan;

3. Conduct regular market research to understand the top sportswear trends and collect information on styles, fabrics, etc.;

4. Determine the style design drawings, select fabrics, accessories, etc., and track and review the progress of pattern making, craftsmanship, and sample clothing;

5. Conduct style analysis and sales forecast based on sales data, and update design plans in real time;

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in fashion design, priority will be given to those with overseas study or overseas work experience;

2. At least 3 years of experience in clothing design, preferably those with experience in outdoor sports brand clothing design;

3. High fashion acumen, strong color matching ability and strong aesthetic sense;

4. Be familiar with the performance of clothing surface accessories and their relationship with pattern technology;

5. Be familiar with the planning, design and production process of relevant series;

6. High data sensitivity, able to accurately predict and analyze the sales of different series and styles;

7. Have strong teamwork skills, certain pressure resistance, and strong execution ability
