-负责仪器设备的硬件设计和开发，熟悉模拟电路，实际的做过硬件原理图，layout的经验。
-负责EMS端的产品硬件原理图、布局、PCBA调试、测试和PCBA制造，确保批量生产能力。
-负责交付的功能、性能、成本和质量，为发布产品的生命周期维护提供技术支持。
-对EMC设计/验证有很好的理解。
-了解部件选择原则并确定关键参数。
