Your role :
The role is responsible for client communication and interactions:
1. Handle client various enquiries on product features;
2. Assist management team in collecting and analyzing client needs and market trends to further improve client engagement and conversion;
3. Support in both online and offline marketing activities;
4. Support in other ad hoc projects assigned by management team
Your team :
You’ll be working in the UBSQ marketing team in Shenzhen Qianhai. We provide the international WM platform and the more experience on Wealth Management. As a product specialist, you’ll play an important role in client communication.
Your expertise :
The company is young and many internet company personnel and we like to communicate and brainstorm with each other. Your expertise:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or above working experience in fund related client communication areas
2. Have a wealth of fund related knowledge;
3 Have operational thinking and keen customer understanding and insight, good communication skills and execution, and be result-oriented.
