As a Digital Marketing Manager for a French Derma brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies in the China market.

Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and support the sales team in achieving their sales targets. You should be familiar with and have access to KOL resources, knowledgeable about the social media platforms, proficient in the use and mastery of digital marketing tools and analytics software.

Working closely with the team, you will leverage various digital channels and tools to achieve our brand's digital marketing objectives in China.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand exposure and online sales in China market.
制定并实施全面的数字营销策略,以增加品牌曝光和在线销售额在中国市场。

- Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
策划并执行在线活动和促销活动,推动销售和客户参与。

- Create and manage digital advertisements and promotional materials for brand consistency and attractiveness.
创建和管理数字广告和促销材料,以保持品牌一致性和吸引力。

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for project delivery.
与内部团队和外部合作伙伴合作,进行项目交付。

- Execute monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance, providing reports and data analysis for improvements.

- Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets by providing digital marketing support and strategic guidance.

- Manage social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin) to engage with followers and regularly update content.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to optimize digital marketing strategies.
监控市场趋势、竞争对手和消费者行为,优化数字营销策略。


Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
至少3年以上数字营销经验。

- Personal KOL resources access.
个人拥有KOL资源。

- Strong sense in digital marketing tools and analytic software.
对数字营销工具和分析软件具有较强的理解。

- Strong market insights and analytical skills.
具备强大的市场洞察力和分析能力。

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, bridge EC & MKT.

- Creative thinking and an innovative mindset.

- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
