JD-Development Engineer, 3in1 integration(Gearbox)

Description
-Design and develop required 3Gearbox(s) to meet customer's needs, in line with the product platforms, as to the marketing strategy.
-Create ECN/DECO to release Gearbox integration and outline drawing, issue engineering bill of material, complete TRA and its approval.
-Create PRP to start Gearbox proto parts.
-Create WRS to simulate Gearbox design.
-Create specification to develop gear, bearing, differential, seal, housing and Gearbox assembly design
-Actively communicate with customers to follow up development and qualification of product.
-Provide technical support to customers, Gearbox testing, 3in1 testing, vehicle testing, installation, field trouble shooting, and to functional dept. internally for assigned OEM's.
-Involve product and technology introduction strategy in line with marketing strategy.
-lead the design review and assess the risk, ensure technical risk in managed
-Manage the project, include design review and customer connection and project status management
-Applies design standards and GD&T on products and continuous improvement the productivity and quality.
-Supports 3in1 design and integration develop. Such as oil cooling and Gearbox interface.
-Complete work in compliance with TS 16949 requirements
-Interacts with team members and peers to resolve day to day issues.
Qualifications
-University graduate with an engineering degree and minimum of five (3) years experience of gearbox or transmission box.
-Good communication skill with people in English.
-Project management experience, especial risk management.
