Responsibilities:
- Liaison between business users and internal/external system development team; work with business users to define user requirement specification and related requirements to internal/external system development team (system requirements);
- Help to develop solutions for business users, where applicable;
- Assist project team lead in preparation of related application documentations to relevant authority for launching of new product, where applicable;
- Work with internal/external system development team to ensure common understanding and prompt delivery of program as per agreed user requirement specification;
- Define test cases and scenarios with business users and obtain sign-off by users on completeness of test cases;
- Work with Test Management Team on test plan/scope;
- Perform testing before handover to related users for user acceptance test (UAT);
- Work with internal/external system development team on tracking all issues identified throughout test period until a resolution is reached;

Job Specifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or related field.
- Good knowledge of banking business and related application operation (e-banking system/draft system/Treasury system operations experience is preferred).
- Good logical thinking and analytical skills, necessary in the analysis process of business requirements and problem solving, etc.
- Ability to develop business workflow and procedure.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
