岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
• 理解业务规则，进行项目的系统分析和设计工作，承担核心功能模块编写维护，确保项目进度和质量;
Understand business rules, carry out project system analysis and design work, undertake core function module compilation and maintenance, and ensure project progress and quality;
• 核心基础服务的设计与研发;
Design and develop the core basic services;
• 参与系统架构设计、接口规范制定、技术文档编写、配合团队协同工作等;
Participate in system architecture design, interface specification formulation, technical document writing, and teamwork collaboration, etc.
• 保障核心基础服务高性能、高可靠运行.
Guarantee high-performance and high-reliability operation of core basic services.
任职要求：
Job Requirements:
• 统招本科以上学历，优先考虑计算机科学或其他IT相关学科；
Bachelor’s degree or above, computer science or other IT related subject is preferred;
• 至少三年的IT（Java软件开发）经验，包括至少两年在一个或多个IT实施项目的经验；
at least three (3) years of IT/ Java software development experience including at least two (2) years of experience in one or more IT implementation project(s);
• 至少两年的IT经验，涵盖以下一项或多项范畴(即功能/专业经验)，其经验期间可与上一项所要求的期间重叠:
at least two (2) years of IT experience that covers one or more of the following areas (viz., functional/specialty experience) which period of experience may overlap with the period as required in above:
a) 确保软件包符合用户要求;
ensure conformance of software package with user requirements;
b) 使用建议的软件根据程序规范编写计算机程序;
write computer programs according to program specifications using the proposed software;
c) 进行程序测试和套件测试;
conduct program testing and suite trials;
d) 准备试运行和生产的作业控制程序
prepare job control procedures for both trial and production runs.
• 精通 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Cloud Alibaba 等相关的技术栈，有一定的高并发系统开发经验；
Proficient in related technology stacks such as Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Cloud Alibaba, and have certain high-concurrency system development experience;
• 熟悉JVM内存管理、类加载机制等，掌握Java系统的故障排查和性能调优;
Familiar with JVM memory management, class loading mechanism, etc. Master Java system troubleshooting and performance tuning;
• 熟练使用Java进行开发，有高质量、高效率代码开发经验，熟悉性能调优，理解高可用、高可靠;
Proficiency in Java development, experience in high-quality and high-efficiency code development, familiarity with performance tuning, understanding of high availability and high reliability;
• 具有RPC、分布式、多线程、网络通信编程经验，具有高并发系统设计知识;
Experience in RPC, distributed, multi-thread, network communication programming, and knowledge of high concurrent system design;
• 具有较强学习力，分析解决问题能力，强烈的责任心和团队合作能力;
Strong learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills;
• 英语粤语良好，可以作为工作语言, 具备良好英文写作能力.
Have excellent English and Cantonese, both can use as work language，especially good at English writing.
