DI-Asia Base Business Services Ltd. (DIAB) is a Shanghai based Danish consultant company looking to hire a Junior Accountant to start work as soon as possible. The right candidate will report directly to the Sr. Accountant and combine a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility with an amicable and positive personality.

The job has the following core responsibilities:

Responsibility：
• Be able to handle reimbursement and payment checking, online banking transfer;
• Petty cash management and cash report;
• Monthly bank statement and reconciliation;
• Finance ad hoc report;
• VAT invoicing in eTax system;
• Keep good filing of all accounting vouchers;
• Familiar with regular tax filing process and communication with tax bureau;
• Communicate with bank, SAFE and different government offices;
• Assist on VAT filing, document transaction;
• Custom duty declaration;
• SAP system maintain and management;
• Maintain inventory report and maintain inventory system if necessary;
• Go to bank or tax bureau if necessary;
• Assist on annual audit and annual filings;
• Other assigned works from leader/client
Qualifications:
• University graduate with accounting major;
• 1-2 years of AP experience and tax filing in WOFE;
• Pursuing or holding professional accounting qualifications;
• Knowledge and experience in VAT filing, and issuing VAT Fapiao;
Skill and Character Description:
• Can use K3 software, SAP concur system; experienced with ERP/SAP system will be a plus;
• Excellent computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, email, internet);
• Familiar English skills both written and oral;
• Good communication skill;
• Self-organization, team spirit, professional appearance, good learning ability.
