Department: Sales & Customer Service
Purpose:
Perform duties to accomplish sales order and customer complaints. Provide high quality service to our customers, and back up support to sales and other functions.

Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision:
• Answer incoming customer inquest via phone calls, email, fax and electronically, offer superior service to customer
• Enter sales contract and sales order into LN system to goods shipping arrangement and AR follow up based on credit customer
• Back orders follow up
• Coordinate sales to push customer to pay
• Familiar with ERP system, LN preferred
• Maintain new customer information in LN system
• Sometimes record and follow up complaint from customer and send feedback to relative department
• Support to do customer satisfaction survey once a year and NPS monthly
• Understand the basic product knowledge
• Keep good cooperation with other departments
• Proactive and initiative attitude to work
• Other back up for sales tasks
