system developer function：


Your task：
• Develop the function and algorithms in the technology areas of ADAS/autonomous driving and connectivity according to verified requirement based on legislation mandates or emerging market needs.
• Validate the developed functions or algorithms with prototypes by performing tests in lab or vehicles
• Document the development results (design, test, system spec, …) and make transfer to serialization per requests
• Build up and implement Innovation Validation Plans (IVP) based on concept study results, risk analysis, internal & external functional analysis etc.
• Support project reviews depending on the project phase
• Generate innovative ideas and patents for protection of intellectual property in close cooperation with Patent Engineer


Your profile：
• Master’s degree or above majored in electronic / automotive / computer engineering etc.
• Minimum 4 years working experience in function or algorithms development in automotive industry, R&D experience in one of the areas is advantageous: ADAS, vehicle energy management or vehicle dynamic control
• Good knowledge in sensor, signal processing and data analysis
• Demonstrated capability of independent development of functions from ideas to concepts to final validation.
• Familiar with Canalyzer/CANape and RCP toolchain
• Good software skills in Matlab and Python, C++ is a plus
• Clear mind with logic thinking
• Naturally inquisitive & passionate about innovations and future technologies, high motivation to learn
• Can-do attitude when confronted with tough challenges, takes immense responsibility to achieve best results
• Strong team player with good cooperation spirit
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal are compulsory
• Experience in working within a Global matrix environment is a plus
